Cibo Sano is a boutique produce farm located in Prescott, Arizona. We grow microgreens, lettuce and tomatoes in very small batches and use no synthetic pesticides or harmful chemicals. Our crop size is small, so every plant receives plenty of attention and TLC from our cultivators.

The Skelton family started growing clean food for our own table in April of 2019. Studies of produce sold at most places show high levels of pesticides and other contaminants that we just don’t want to consume. To make matters worse, governments, corporations and major universities are working on methods of toying with vegetable genetics (GMO, mRNA). Not to mention the questionable vegetable “coatings” to lengthen shelf-life. Finally, we don’t have much faith in the “organic” label.

So, we decided to grow our own “cibo sano”, free from harmful chemicals and potential molecular biology experiments. We want clean, natural produce for our family and our customers. We strive to grow as close to “as nature intended” as possible.
